Qualifications

Requirements

  • Preferably with a degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related courses.
  • With at least four (4) years work-related experience in branch operations, two years of which is in a Managerial or Supervisor capacity.
  • Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product, and industry knowledge.
  • Should be a strategist and is capable to think out-of-the-box.
  • Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision-making skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and networking skills.
  • Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Computer-proficient

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary P20,000 up/mo with 4% Commission on Gross
