Could you please let me know when I can expect to receive my quotation?
Usually, quotations are provided within 24 hours. However, in some cases, it may take longer due to an unexpected surge in requests from other customers.
There are times, we may not be able to fulfill your request due to insufficient details provided.
What information should I provide to receive a quotation?
To get started, we require the project’s layout or shop drawings, dimensions, location, and a peg photo.
When will I receive feedback after submitting my request?
You will receive a confirmation email after your submission. Our representative will reach out to you to prepare a quotation using our quotation system.
I'm wondering why I haven't received a quote.?
We apologize for the delay in sending your quotation. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so due to incomplete details. If one of our representatives requests additional details from you and you are unable to provide them, that’s another reason for the delay.
Do you have any other options for where I can send my details?
