What is Skylite Commerce?

Skylite Commerce is where you can browse products, request quotations for custom builds, and coordinate projects with Skylite teams. You can use it for signage, printing, fabrication, and branch rollouts.

Where do I start if I need a custom build?

Use “Request a Quote” to tell us what you need, your location, timeline, and any reference files. If you already have sizes, artwork, or site photos, upload them — it helps speed up the quotation.

Which services can I request a quote for?

Signage, Large Format Printing, Booth and Kiosk Fabrications, Custom Fabrications, and Fit out Construction.

Quotes & Project Requests

What should I include in a quote request?

Include the service type, quantity, size/dimensions, preferred materials/finish, project location, deadline, and a detailed description of what you want. If it will be installed, mention the site conditions (wall type, mounting, electrical, permits, etc.).

Can I upload files for my quotation?

Yes. Upload reference images, PDFs, drawings, or artwork. For videos, please paste a video link instead of uploading a video file.

Where do my uploaded files go?

Uploaded images and documents are stored under Upload Files under your My Account area so they can be delivered reliably and you can easily manage them.

Orders, Delivery & Installation

How do I track my order or project status?

If you have an account, visit “My Account” to review orders and updates. For custom projects, you can do Project Monitoring under My Account area where you can monitor the progress of your project.

Do you support branch rollouts (multiple locations)?

Yes. When you request a quote, mention the number of locations, target dates, and whether you need measurement, installation, or coordination per branch.

What if there is an issue with what was delivered?

Use the documented review flow described in Order Protections. Provide photos and details of the concern so the team can assess the scope, workmanship, and next step.

Accounts & Login

Do I need an account to request a quote?

No — you can submit a quote request as a guest. If you have an account, you can manage more details in one place.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Use the password reset flow from the login screen. If you still can’t access your account, contact support and include your email address so we can help.

Troubleshooting

My file upload failed. What can I try?

Try smaller files, fewer files, or different formats. Images and documents work best. If you’re trying to send a video, paste a link instead. If the issue continues, contact support with the exact error message and what you uploaded.

I submitted a request but didn’t get an email.

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact support with your name, email, and the service you requested.
