When will my order ship?
Some of our products have different lead times, so that’s something to keep in mind when you’re placing your order. For example, our large structure signage has a calendar on the product page so you can choose the installation date.
So, expedited shipping is recommended for you if you need to receive your order faster. Remember that shipping will only commence after signage fabrication.
When will I receive my order?
One of the biggest factors that can affect delivery times is the shipping method that is used. For example, if you choose standard shipping, your order will likely take longer to arrive than if you had chosen expedited shipping.
Retailers will often give estimated delivery times for each shipping option at checkout, so be sure to pay attention to those when making your choice.

Installation is always free. We only charge you for the shipments and deliveries, and if there is Skylite Branch near you, everything is totally FREE. However, there is an exception to Pylon, Totem, and High-rise Building ID Signages have different installation charges since it requires safety measures, a certified erector, and installation equipment like a motorized gondola and crane.
Skylite team will inform you via email through the tracking order system that your signage is ready for shipping or installation. Then, it’s the delivery time! We will send the link to access our formal documentation as part of the standard process of our quality control set before the item ships.
You can always track your order under your myaccount area. In addition, we always have the message sent every time we have an update on your signage project through email.
