A. Yes Of course. Our system will generate "Order Receipt" for you with unique Invoice Number and send through email. Downloadable pdf version of this "Order Receipt" can be found in your account area.
A. Our ordering system is set to have the next day production and delivery for all printing services we offer, so expect to receive your item on the next following day.
A. You will have to pay the total amount in your cart.
A. Yes, all major credit cards are accepted via paypal with little processing fee of P200 only.
A. Much better If you have your own artwork/designs for printing to make things easier and faster. If you cannot provide, we will often charge a small design fee but this will always be confirmed with you prior to commencing the work.
A. We can accept artwork / logos / photographs in most formats but prefer to work with the following: .Eps, .pdf, .cdr, .jpg, AI or PSD files. We regret that artwork designs completed in word or powerpoint will not provide an acceptable resolution for reproduction and will have to be redrawn. Artwork which needs some additional design work may be chargeable.
A. Yes, we offer our large format printing services nationwide.
A. All items we shipped through a courier has its own insurance. We will have to investigate and if we found out that this is due to the fault of the courier, then we will replace it.
